2 cups bột nếp
2/3 cup đường
4 muỗng xúp molasses
1/2 cup nước + 2 tablespoons

đậu xanh nấu chín, tán nhuyễn làm nhưn

Trộn bột , đường, molasses, nước. Nhồi cho nhuyễn. Gói như gói bánh ít. Cho lên nồi hấp 2 phút.
