Thái Càri Ca’ by Bachsfuge
Ingredients
1 whole fish / 2 fish filet by choice
1 tsp oil
2 tsp of red/green curry paste
Sauce
14 oz of cononut milk
2 Tsp fish sauce
2 Tsp sugar
5 kaffir lime leaves
Green /Red peppers for garnish

If cook whole fish, thì fish cut 3 clashes on both side, then on a hot/heat frying pan add oil, 1 tsp red/green curry on medium heat, chiên cá both side well.
On a separate pan, combine the remaining sauce: coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar,left over 1 tsp of red/green curry, stir well.
Then place the fried fish in the sauce, in low heat bring it to a slow boil, then add chopped green and red bell peppers and let the pan slowly slimmer down for 10 mins.
Wowla… ăn với cơm trắng.. yummy!!!!!!
EXtra: if want to use chicken, thì cút gà (chicken breast) ra mỏng, rùi khi mix sauce rùi, thả gà vào ’till broil. Gà cũng rất mau chín.
